Terms and Conditions

Unless you have specified at the time of purchase that you want express shipping, delivery is generally done by expedited delivery or better, the preparation time is usually a couple hours and shipping with the company of our choice. Please note that P.O. Boxes may not be accepted for delivery. Free shipping is limited to an actual cost of $50 for 'Small' orders and $25 for the flat rate, any shipping cost over these limits will be charged to the buyer, upon acceptance.

Customers requiring a refund must contact us by phone or email for approval. Merchandise must be returned to the store or by mail, at your expense, along with a copy of the invoice and authorization number. Product returned without an authorization number may be rejected and will be returned to you at your expense.

Exchanges are allowed, except for items that have been unpacked, special orders and custom items.
The customer is responsible for the delivery costs in case of return.
The client must be 13 years of age or older.
All merchandise must be in its original, unopened packaging and be returnable for exchange or refund.
You have a period of 14 days following receipt of the goods to request an exchange or a refund.
Exchanges will be processed according to their availability in inventory. In case of inventory shortage you will be notified by email or phone.
