· Unless specified otherwise or paid for, shipping is usually with expedited service after a handling time of about 24 hours with a carrier of our choice. Note that post office boxes are not permitted for delivery. Free delivery is limited to a real cost of 50$ and flat rate to 25$, any cost over this will be at the customer's expense upon agreement by the customer..
· Clients who request reimbursement must contact us by phone or email first. Merchandise must be returned to us at your expense, with your authorisation number and contact information, ideally with your bill. Product returned without authorisation may be returned to you at your expense.
· Exchanges are allowed with the original, unopened bag/box, except for special order and Final sales.
· Client pays for shipping fees in case of returns.
· The client must be aged 13 or more.
· All merchandise must be returned in its original, unopened wrapping and be resalable to be exchanged or reimbursed.
· You have 14 days from the date of payment or reception of goods to request an exchange or reimbursement of any goods.
· Exchanges are subject to inventory stock, you will be notified if the requested item isn't available.
· Items may be displayed for order (not available at the time of purchase, but can be ordered), the price paid on the day of the order is the price Customer should expect to pay without any change.
