TPU 3D Filament (Flexible)
TPU 3D printing Filament (Thermoplastic Polyurethane) is one of a kind material : elastic, high strength, black to transparency color range, resistant to oils, greases, chemicals and abrasion, extremely flexible, UV resistant and it has low shrinage properties! Don't mistake it with TPE 3D Filament, which is harder to print well, less rigid and less resistant to abrasion and chemical products.
This 3D filament has excelent bed and layers adhesion, a rubbery finish and super flexibility. It prints almost odorelessly on all 3D Printer.
Printing tricks: Easier to print on a 3D Printer with a direct-drive extruders. Make sure your nozzle is cleaned from other type of filament, print SLOW : usually 20-25mm is perfect with the fan on. Put your 3D Printer's bed around 50-80°C if you can, although it's possible to print without a heatbed. Use VERY little to no extraction at all to avoid problems (remember it's a soft and flexible filament!)
**Always put your 3D Printer filament spool back in it's bag and away from direct sunlight to maximise shelf life.
